Good news for smart mobile holders

Here is good news for smart mobile (Android, Windows & Blackberry) mobile holders. Mobile App of AIR has been launched. The smart mobile holder now may also listen the Radio programmes after downloading the Mobile Apps of AIR. The Planning & Development Unit of All India Radio, New Delhi has developed & launched a Mobile Apps of All India Radio. As per their official announcement through  file no.9(5)/2012-IT dated 08^th July 2015, the Mobile apps are available for AIR News and AIR Live streaming.

Live streaming of following audio channels of AIR are available through the “All India Radio Live” app on the Android platform.

1.      FM Gold (Delhi),

2.      FM Rainbow (Delhi),

3.      Vividh Bharati (Mumbai),

4.      Urdu,

5.      Gujarati,

6.      Malayalam,

7.      Punjabi &

8.      Marathi.

News, both National and regional, as broadcast from AIR, is available through “AIR News”app on the Android, Windows and Blackberry plateforms.
